What do we do?
Many people have not developed basic values, such as being faithful, responsible, reliable, committed, appreciative. v.i.t.a.l. integrates these values and many more through action-based learning.
What is action based learning?
Action-based learning is a combination of experiential and adventure-based learning mediums, sequenced to the optimum learning opportunities according to a groups' dynamics and goals.
How do we do this?
V.I.T.A.L. ProJeX consists of three paradigms, which when integrated effectively, bring out the brightest potential in individuals and teams. There are three primary colours in light: Red, Blue, and Green. When these three colours merge together, it creates white light. Likewise, as you merge the three paradigms together, you can see clearly what's happening in a group and know how to bring out the brilliance of a groups potential.
