Getting to know the Participants on the last 2 VITAL Trainings has been Awesome.
The evaluations couldn't be more encouraging which makes all the effort worthwhile.

If you haven't attended a VITAL Training since October last year, then you will have a modified "Gaps Model' to catch up with.
It includes another rope being used, which clearly displays what personal growth has happened when we Challenge our Fears.
What I really enjoy about this update is that it now all makes sense - a natural flow on from the 'Self Concept Model' to 'GAPS' into the 'Adventure Model'.
Young people can more easily see a 'reason for the pain' to take on anything that they find a challenge in their life.
We also have been designing the different V.I.T.A.L. Model Kits: These are the all the ropes, labels and pictured layouts collected neatly in a clear plastic pack. They should be available to order soon.
Here is an example of the Adventure Model Ropes Kit being used by the beaut participants in May this year. (with a great reflective shot of Tom's head)
We plan to run 'Professional Development Days' later in the year so you can catch up on these and a number of updates we are always working on.

As Mike was saying - it is exciting to see and hear the many positive outcomes for young people from the bit of VITAL input we have shared with their leaders.
