ABOUT VITAL - Benchmark Questionnaire
The Benchmark Questionnaire does not rate your skills as a youth worker, but when answered honestly, provides a benchmark for how much you are operating within the VITAL paradigm.
If you are a VITAL member or VITAL trained, you can keep a record of your results to track your progress as you seek to apply the paradigms in your own situation.
