v.i.t.a.l. ProJeX is a division of YFC Australia, which is a non-profit, interdenominational, charitable organisation.

v.i.t.a.l. = Values Integrated Through Action-based Learning.

Many people have not developed basic values, such as being faithful, responsible, reliable, committed, appreciative. v.i.t.a.l. integrates these values and many more through action-based learning.
Action-based learning is a combination of experiential and adventure-based learning mediums, sequenced to the optimum learning opportunities according to a groups' dynamics and goals.

VITAL ProJeX consists of three paradigms, which when integrated effectively, bring out the brightest potential in individuals and teams. There are three primary colours in light: Red, Blue, and Green. When these three colours merge together, it creates white light. Similarly, as you merge the three paradigms together, you can see clearly what’s happening in a group and know how to bring out the brilliance of a groups potential.

VITAL Training provides the opportunity to not only experience the paradigm in action, but guides you through the process of applying the paradigm in your own situation.

No Limits, using the VITAL process, is a school-based program designed to assist high school students in exploring their unlimited potential. It has achieved outstanding results in schools throughout Queensland.
