Flexible Write Board
Why is it that as soon as someone stands in front of a whiteboard to try and teach something, everyone's eyes glaze over? Perhaps because they've learned that what's about to take place is both typical and boring.

With our Flexible Write Board resource, you can overcome the typical and boring! This functions as a mobile whiteboard laid out on the floor. You sit on the floor and gather the group around you as you wow them with the latest exciting thing you wish to demonstrate!

This whiteboard can also be used outdoors and is the perfect companion for the Action-Based Facilitator. It can be rolled up and kept (and easily carried around) in the cylinder over-the-shoulder case. Complete with a thick fluoro chalk marker for a bright and fun look to your presentation, this resource is so novel it is sure to combat the glazed eyes.
Kit comes presented in a sturdy nylon cylinder with shoulder strap and lockable lid, and includes:

UnLimited Castle Poster
This is the specially selected large sturdy vinyl poster of the Castle which is often referred to in the UnLimited Program.

In the equivocal style of a computer game, it sets a challenge for students to understand and work towards.

The Castle provides a powerful visual representation to the huge potential each participant has inside them. There are many incredible rooms, including courtyards, swimming pools, and more, that students have the potential to enjoy. However there are often big doors with large latches (negative self concepts) which have to be lifted and opened in order to enjoy the potential behind them.

Each latch has a challenging 'Positive Value' for students, as a team and as individuals, to learn, in order to develop the strength to lift the latch and walk through the door. Courage, Acceptance, Honour, Trust and Cooperation are just a few of the 12 Values which they must develop during the UnLimited Program to work together towards their incredible potential.

"These cards have even resolved fights between my teenage kids. I am really impressed how these cards easily bring feelings out into the open so they can be resolved. My eldest daughter and her boyfriend were having a big argument in my house and she stomped off to her room. I had these cards on the bench and I asked the boyfriend to have a look through them and pick a few feelings he was having and to go and show it to her. In a few minutes my daughter appeared asking for 'those stupid cards'. She pulled some out and went back to her room. Within 20 minutes they were both out again - all smiles and resolved!"

Spin the Bottle
This is a fun, yet powerful, emotional trust building and communication activity played in groups of 4-6 people. It is specifically designed for participants to create a safer, trusting group, which is observed though the deeper sharing as the game continues.

The game consists of four categories of thought-provoking questions, designed to allow participants to reveal significant moments, opinions or ideas from their life story. The categories are: 'Lite', 'Deep', 'Spiro' (spiritually related), and 'Wot The' (simple drawings that ask for a meaning). Within the 'Spiro' Category, there is two options - a set "Spiro L" (lite) and "Spiro D" (deep) depending on the background and context of participants.

This game can be played with teenagers and adults, in a variety of settings from schools, to youth groups, to adult small groups. It generates amazing outcomes in allowing people to connect with others in a significant way.

There are three games in each Spin the Bottle Pack, enough for three groups = 18 participants.

Key Values that can be experienced and integrated through this activity include: Listening, Valuing, Trust, Focused Attention, Commitment, Encouragement, Fun, Understanding, Responsibility, Self Control, Self Reflection, Empathy, Communication, Honour, Acceptance, Appreciation, and Belonging (refer to 'Values Cards' resource for more information).

This is a fun and effective resource for group leaders or facilitators, and you can use it over and over again. Price is GST free.

Endorsement
"This game has been amazing. As a small group leader, in my youth group I have been trying to connect with my rowdy bunch of 14-year-old boys all year, with seemingly little progress. The night we ran 'Spin the Bottle' has been the most significant. The guys opened up and shared stuff that was happening in their world because of the trust the game develops. Each question was worded so the guys were free to answer as deep as they wanted. The guys now feel more comfortable around each other. The other small groups' feedback on the night was very positive as well." - Chris R

"Everyday we get around to do what we really value - not what we necessarily believe. If we are serious about helping individuals and groups really grow in their day to day living - not just add to their knowledge of what is right - then these cards, which help people really understand what their values actually are, are invaluable in enhancing any learning experience. I don't leave home without them!" - Russ Wright
